I know that it would give some Deans and HODs a relief if the University would simply overlook its laws and accept those who have not registered for the session and committed impersonation by pretending to be registered students by taking the first semester examinations illegally. Please know this clearly, if we have not been clear about his enough, that course registration closed for the 2019／2020 academic year and no student who had not registered for courses within the period allowed whatever manipulations and makeup stories would be allowed to do so for the academic year which is already in its second semester.
I advise all students who fall within this nonregistered students to quickly write to the Registrar requesting to suspend their studies till the 2020／2021 academic year. It is only the Senate that would consider and approve their application. The earlier they write the better so they are not treated as having abandoned their studies. The era in which some students do not register for courses and still graduate is gone forever！
